Elsa Neri Arriaga, was born in Mexico City.

Entrenó la observación y enfocó su estudio de la anatomía con fotografías y modelo en vivo para realizar los retratos y cuerpo completo, aprendiendo también técnicas para hacer moldes, pintura y los procesos para hacer una figura completa y lograr el parecido del personaje y los detalles para dotarlos de expresión y realismo.
In 2001 in Mexico, he entered the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Autonomous University of Morelos and the Morelense Center of the Arts where he focused on different painting techniques, especially oil on canvas and she discovered her way through sculpture with high temperature ceramics and pieces at different scales for casting in bronze and silver working professionally.
In 2009 she began working for the Mexico City Wax Museum, where she worked for 6 years, alternating her time in special effects workshops, Elsa trained the observation and study of the anatomy of live models and photographs to make the portraits and full body and also learning the processes of molds, painting and techniques for Wax, Platinum silicon and resin to achieve the likeness and details to capture the expressions of the characters.
In 2015 he decided to work on his own for various special effects workshops and on projects with various visual artists. In this same year, he moved to New York to collaborate in sculpture and painting workshops in Brooklyn and New Jersey and where he also worked on his own works for exhibition.
In 2016 he accepted a proposal to work in Las Fallas in Valencia and later moved to Madrid, Spain where he settled and during these years She carried out various projects in European countries, North America and of course Mexico.
At the end of 2020 Elsa acquires her work permit in the United Kingdom to continue a path for her artistic activity.
